So I bought the dvd, but since I live with my aunt Mon-Thurs, and her dvd player doesn’t work I had to look for the videos online. This is what I found and I thought I’d share it with you. Now you do not have the excuse of, “I don’t have the money to buy it.” As for the weights, substitute it with some food cans, large water bottle (filled with water of course), liquid laundry soap, the possibilities are endless!
